Job Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building relationships with new and existing customers, educating them on their insurance options, and helping them find the best coverage to meet their needs. No prior insurance experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

 • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
 • Educate customers on available auto, home, and life insurance policies.
 • Generate and follow up on leads through warm calls, referrals, and networking.
 • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
 • Accurately process policy applications, changes, and renewals.
 • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to track client interactions and follow-ups.
 • Stay up to date on State Farm products and industry regulations.
 • Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

 • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
 • Excellent customer service skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
 • Sales mindset with a willingness to learn and apply effective selling techniques.
 • Attention to detail and ability to process policies accurately.
 • Adaptability and openness to coaching and feedback.
 • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess client needs.
 • Effective time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 • Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM systems and office software.
 • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
*MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN GEORGIA PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE & LIFE, ACCIDENT & SICKNESS LICENSE
*No more than a 45 minute commute including traffic

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
