Are you passionate about helping others and ready to start a rewarding career in the insurance industry? Ashley N Nicholson State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them with their insurance needs and providing exceptional service every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person

• Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support

• Maintain customer records and follow up on customer needs

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Must be able to obtain a Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License (we will help guide you through the licensing process if you do not already have one)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the insurance industry

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
